Terms And Conditions

Payment

​

1. A booking fee of £50.00 is required to secure your wedding date. This payment is non- refundable should you cancel or postpone your wedding date; however, it will be deducted from your remaining outstanding balance.

2. Trail cost for Bride and party will need to be paid on the day of trail.

3. Remaining balance will be paid 14 days prior to wedding date.

Covid 19

1. Should you need to postpone your booking due the to Covid-19 restrictions, I will of course honour your new proposed date at no extra charge as long as I have availability.

2. Should you choose to cancel your booking as you no-longer wish to get married with a restricted number of guests, then your booking fee is non-refundable.

3. Should Lockdown occur between full payment and wedding date then either a. Refund of payment made 14 days before date
   b. Monies are moved to new agreed date.

Cancellations

1. A 30-day notice day period is required for wedding day cancellations or changes to your booking to avoid full payment before the wedding date.

2. A 48-hour notice period for Pre-wedding hair trial cancellations is required to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. If you fail to show up for an appointment you will be charged at full payment.

3. In the unlikely event of me having to cancel before your wedding day your deposit will be fully refunded. – Not happened to date.

Wedding Trial Days

1. Pre-Wedding hair trials take place Monday's - Friday's - weekend booking on availability 2. Weekends are booked for weddings generally so limited availability.

A full set of T&C's will be sent to the bride upon booking.
